
Registration
Current restrictions allow for up to 80 in-person attendees. If restrictions change and numbers decrease, a link to the virtual registration will be forwarded and a refund of the balance provided.

CPD Points
Participants are awarded 1 CPD point in the Substantive Law category for each session. This applies only for WA in-person and remote participation
Remote participants outside of WA will be provided records of login and participation times upon request.
Virtual Attendees
Instructions on how to access the virtual presentations will be emailed 5 days prior to the conference.
Terms and Conditions
By registering to attend the conference, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation and tax invoice. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If another copy is required, please email conferencesuwa@watermarkevents.com.au. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.
PAYMENT
Payment at time of registration is required by credit or debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa and MasterCard. Please note that transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Conference Online’, our registration provider.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to conferencesuwa@watermarkevents.com.au. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.
In Person Cancellation: Cancellations received within 5 working days of the conference are non-refundable, however transfer of registration to another attendee is acceptable.
A refund processing fee of $25.00 plus GST is payable for all refunds requested and processed.
DISCLAIMER
The conference reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter any aspect of the conference venue, schedule and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the Conference Hosts nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party due to such changes.
PRIVACY
The Conference Hosts, the Conference Managers and the registration technology provider, Conference Online Pty Ltd, comply with Australian privacy regulations and are committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email the Registration Manager who will correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by writing to the Registration Manager.
We require your information to provide you with information regarding the conference and to facilitate your participation in the conference. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the conference will be used for:
- Confirming your attendance and participation in the conference;
- In the Attendee List published for the conference;
- Provided to organisers of future occurrences of this conference;
- May be used to provide you with information of other relevant conferences in your area of interest.
The parties who will have access to your information are the Conference Hosts, the Conference Managers, and any future organisers of the conference.
By registering to participate in the conference you are giving your consent to the above, for the purposes of compliance. However, you may withdraw your consent at any time by notice in writing to the Registration Manager.
